Solved from an image or a brief
When there is no model to trace — a relief from a single shaded render, a piece from written dimensions. The surface is solved, not guessed, then proven by re-rendering it against your own image. Watertight, checked numerically, and delivered with the machining notes your shop needs: maximum wall angle and tightest concave radius, so the right cutter goes in first time.

Alhambra light — backlit
Cherry · 30 mm border, 320 mm field
The pattern was reverse-engineered from the client's own Alhambra mosaic into true p3 geometry — a six-point star and a three-comma pinwheel per cell.

Cherry, diffuser, LED box
Cut panel, diffuser and lightbox as separate parts. Every layer is drawn before anything is cut, so the assembly is checked on screen first.
Topographic oak panel
Oak, framed
Contour lines engraved into solid oak — hundreds of closed curves, every one cut at a constant depth so the terrain reads by line alone.
Draped fabric wall relief
1700 × 2400 × 100 mm · 70 mm relief
A watertight solid — 0 open edges, 0 degenerate triangles. Max wall angle 71.6°, but 99 % of the surface sits under 42.1°, so a Ø10 mm ball nose reaches every crease.

Black is the plate face, white is 70 mm. ArtCAM and Aspire import this directly as a relief — lighter than the STL, identical result.
Commemorative plaque
Walnut · 300 × 200 × 25 mm
8 mm of carving on a 17 mm back, flat on Z=0 and watertight — imports straight into Aspire with no repair. The finest details run ~1 mm, so it needs a ≤1 mm detail bit.
Tiger staff head
4-axis · 597 mm model
A sculpted cane head solved as a rotary part — the blank diameter and the cutter's reach are checked against the model before a single pass is written.
Black heritage casket
Lacquer over hardwood, gilt inlay
Engraved corner fans and a centred medallion. Every repeated motif is one master instance placed and mirrored — never four separate traces — so the four corners are identical.
Lion-head cane
Sculpted head, 50–60 × 60–70 mm
A one-off commission. The head is sculpted and hand-finished, then joined to a turned shaft with a collar that hides the joint line.

Solid oak, hand-balanced
Oak is the best cane timber available in Jordan. The shaft is turned, shaped and balanced by hand so the weight sits under the palm, not out at the head.
The Dowel Tree
Beech · 1300 mm tall
48 members, 47 sockets, 30 turned bead tips — and only two angles in the whole piece, 32° and 16°. Every joint was checked for drill reach before a hole was made.
Derby cane — four woods
Oak · maple · cherry · walnut
The same turned profile in four timbers, so the choice is made against real grain and colour rather than a word on a page.
